Useful information

The prices quoted are in euros and are per person per night including an East Tyrolean breakfast buffet, based upon occupancy by two adults.

In addition, a local tax of €2.00 per day per person aged over 16 years will be charged directly at the hotel.

Prices for children

To make sure your children can enjoy their holidays with us, we are particularly keen to offer attractive prices for kids! Children up to 4 years of age can holiday for free at Tillga Glück if they share the bed with their parents. We are happy to provide a baby cot for a small additional charge. Images

The images and any floor plans of the suites and apartments are for illustration only and may vary. We have in any case tried to describe the respective categories in such a way that they also apply to other accommodation situations as far as possible. Variations are possible. The Italian and English language versions may differ slightly in meaning.

Check-in & check-out

Your suite or apartment will be ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. on your day of arrival: we would ask you to vacate it by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Deposits

In order to be able to reserve your suite or apartment, we ask you to pay a deposit of 40% of the total price within seven days following your booking.

Payment conditions

We accept payment in cash or by EC Card, Visa or MasterCard.

Cancellation conditions

Something important can always come up – as unpleasant as that may be.

Up to 14 days before arrival there is no problem at all and we make no cancellation charge.

We will retain your deposit as a cancellation fee if you cancel within 14 days before arrival;

from one day, or in the event of late arrivals or no-shows, we charge 90% of the total price.

Cancellations are only valid if made in writing.

Changing bookings

Free rebooking is subject to availability and only possible for the current calendar year. The travel price of the rebooking must be at least 50% of the original total price.

Junior holidaymakers

We already have a few things here that you are welcome to borrow so that your car doesn't have to be packed to the brim: baby beds, fall guards, highchairs and buggies. And, if you need anything else or you're not sure whether you should pack it, just ask – we're here for you.!

Dogs

Please inform us when booking if you would like to bring your pet with you on holiday. We charge a daily fixed rate of 25 euros, food not included. Owners are liable for any damage caused to e.g. furnishings.

Happiness by the boxful

Happiness is at home here, sometimes hidden here, sometimes there, so you can look forward to it!

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel. Every day at 3 p.m. sharp, our gong sounds to encourage you to have a Wi-Fi -free hour. Don't worry, the signal is still there – but just give it a try: put your mobile phone away, close your laptop and live here in the moment! You can of course also try it for more than an hour! ;-)

Parking

One free underground parking space is available for each apartment unit.

E-vehicles

There is a wallbox in our underground car park for charging your e-vehicle: we will simply charge for the electricity used. Please don’t forget your charging cable!

Service

There is daily room service in the Suite and Suite Family. In our apartments and studios we offer a daily apartment service, where the garbage is disposed of and the towels are changed. Room service can be booked in the apartments and studios for a fee.

Final cleaning

Relax – the final cleaning is included in the price. If you would also like cleaning to be done during your stay, this can be booked for a small surcharge – just let us know!

Opening times of the SPA area

General opening hours: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. (pool, infrared, relaxation areas, ...)

Sauna operation: 3:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m

Final cleaning
