Good to know
The prices quoted are per person per night based on two adults sharing a room and include the East Tyrolean breakfast buffet. A local tourist tax of €2.60 per person per day (for guests aged 15 and over) is charged on site.

Arrival and departure: Your suite or flat will be ready for you from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the accommodation by 10.00 (a fee will apply for late check-out).
Early & Late Check-In/Out: Early check-in is possible subject to availability (please enquire in advance). You can easily request a late check-out directly at reception during your stay.
Pre-check-in: It’s best to send us your personal details in advance via this link: pre-check-in link.
Deposit: To secure your suite or apartment, we ask for a deposit of 40% of the total price within 7 days of making your booking.
Payment methods: You can pay in cash, by debit card, Visa or MasterCard.
Cancellation: You may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, we will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee. From 1 day before arrival, in the event of late arrival or a no-show, we will charge 90 per cent of the total price (cancellations are only valid in writing).
Rebookings: Free rebookings are possible, subject to availability, within the current calendar year, provided that the new holiday price is at least 50 per cent of the original total price.
Children’s rates: Children up to 3 years old (2.99 years) stay free of charge in their parents’ bed at Tillga Glück! (However, half-board at our partner establishment is not included for children under 3). We’re happy to provide a cot for a small additional charge.
Hire service: You don’t need to pack everything – you can easily hire a cot, safety rail, high chair and pushchair from us.
You’re welcome to bring your dog – just let us know when you book. We charge a flat rate of €30.00 per day (excluding food). Please note that dogs are not permitted in the breakfast area, the bar or the wellness area, and that you will be liable for any damage caused. Unfortunately, cats or other animals cannot be brought along.
You can enjoy a regional breakfast from 07:30 to 10:00. Food must not be taken away from the buffet.
For an additional charge of €15.00 per person, we’ll be happy to pack you a packed lunch.
Opening hours: The general spa area (pool, infrared, relaxation areas, etc.) is open from 10.00 to 19.00; the sauna facilities are open from 15.30 to 19.00.
Spa bag: A spa bag is included with stays of 3 days or more. For shorter stays, we’ll be happy to provide one on request for a hire fee of €25.00.
Wi-Fi: Available free of charge throughout the building (network: WIFI-Gast, no password required).
Parking: Each residential unit comes with one free underground parking space or an outdoor parking space in front of the building.
Electric cars: There is a wall box in our underground car park for charging your electric car (we will charge for the associated costs). Please don’t forget to bring your charging cable!
Hotel entrance: The main entrance door at reception is closed from 9.00 pm to 7.00 am – during this time, you can use the entrance in the underground car park or the north entrance (using your room key card).
Smoking: Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Our hotel terrace is a smoke-free zone.
Room service: Daily room service is available in rooms (09:00–14:00). In apartments and studios, we collect rubbish and change towels daily; a more comprehensive service is subject to availability (excluding kitchen cleaning). Final cleaning is included in the price.
