Young or old - sporty or not - yoga is a rewarding experience for everyone. Yoga promotes stress relief, flexibility and also inner balance - for more well-being and energy.

Yoga sessions take place two to three times a week at Tillga Glück (details of times and content can be found in the current information at the hotel)).

If you want, you don't have to do without daily fitness training on vacation. The Tillga Glück fitness room with strength and cardio training equipment and a panoramic view is a great addition to the best and most beautiful fitness center - the mountains around Obertilliach. In addition to cardio machines from Techno Gym, such as Treadmills and ergometers are available for various weight machines and free weights for daily work-out.

Then enjoy relaxing saunas in our saunas with infrared, dive into the Tillga Spa indoor pool or let the view from the relaxation room or the sun terrace glide over the "Schupfn-Wies’n" and the mountain peaks of East Tyrol.
